The impact of complex engineering and geological conditions on the durability of the polymer pipeline

Formulation of the problem. During construction oil collector, in order to ensure uninterrupted transportation products, it was planned lay an industrial collector made fiberglass pipes. In some areas, repeated depressurization joints occurred. this regard, there a need for comprehensive approach establishing causes aerial situations. The purpose article is analyze impact complex engineering and geological conditions on durability polymer pipeline using example pipes Anastasiv deposit, located territory Romen district Sumy region Ukraine. Materials methods. To achieve goal, visual survey geomorphological structure performed, as well analysis where laid. Soil samples were taken from place joint, their physical mechanical characteristics determined. Modeling calculation stability slope which joint occurs, carried out by finite element method. Results. examination pipeline, negative potentially factors influence laying operation collectors established. It revealed that discrepancy between design decision actual layout pipes, could lead occurance areas "sag" and, result, increase stresses backfill load.
